Institutional Accreditation Compliance

ADC-RadCon 2027 operates under an academic governance framework designed to ensure commercial neutrality, clinical ethics, and validity across multinational medical jurisdictions.

Declaration of Helsinki Research Charter

All proffered clinical trial papers, translational patient biopsies, and retrospective dosimetry datasets presented during the colloquium must strictly comply with established medical research ethics:

  • Institutional Review Board (IRB) Clearance: Presenters must possess verifiable ethics committee or institutional review board protocol approvals for human-derived datasets.
  • Informed Patient Consent: Clinical theranostic imaging (PET/SPECT) and Phase I–III trial reports must reflect informed written consent adhering to the Declaration of Helsinki.
  • Anonymized Dosimetric Datasets: Pre-clinical and clinical imaging files must be completely de-identified, preventing patient traceability in public proceedings volumes.

Commercial Firewall & Content Independence

To preserve CME-level didactic integrity, the Scientific Review Directorate enforces strict content firewalls separating educational podiums from commercial sponsorship:

  • Balanced Scientific Appraisal: Presentations must present an objective, balanced review of diagnostic modalities and therapeutic agents using generic chemical nomenclatures.
  • Disclosure of Conflict of Interest (COI): Every podium presenter and poster defense author must display a standardized COI slide at the opening of their address.
  • Separation of Matchmaking: Commercial 1-on-1 buyer meetings and partner briefings are strictly quarantined to the Executive Suite, ensuring scientific halls remain infomercial-free.

Official Certificate Policy: Each registered participant receives an official, individually serialized Certificate of Participation signed by the Scientific Secretariat Directorate, citing the 14.5 Educational Contact Hours earned, attendance modality, and dates of assembly.

Four-Step Contact Hour Claim Procedure

How attending delegates, accepted authors, and virtual attendees process their attendance credits following the conclusion of the colloquium.

01

Badge Scanning & Log-In

In-person attendees scan their badges at hall entry points. Remote attendees log in via their unique delegate access portal credentials to register livestream hours.

02

Complete Session Evaluation

Following the final closing plenary on April 22, 2027, an online Curriculum Evaluation Form is unlocked on the portal to assess session didactic quality and learning objectives.

03

Contact Hour Declaration

Delegates declare their specific hours attended across didactic lectures and poster walks (up to the certified maximum limit of 14.5 Contact Hours).

04

Certificate Retrieval

The system generates a verified PDF certificate carrying an institutional verification QR code for submission to departmental chairs, hospital boards, and appraisal dossiers.
