The 10-Day Rolling Evaluation Pipeline

To expedite travel approvals and institutional funding requests, the Review Directorate operates a continuous evaluation pipeline.

01

Intake & Compliance Audit

Upon portal receipt, the secretariat audits word count (max 350 words), structural four-heading format, anonymization compliance, and ethical declarations.

02

Double-Blind Panel Assignment

Anonymized manuscripts are matched with two independent review specialists aligned with the chosen scientific track (Tracks 01–05).

03

Weighted Scoring & Review

Abstracts are evaluated across scientific rigor (35%), translational novelty (25%), clinical utility (25%), and clarity (15%) under collegiate peer review.

04

Editorial Determination (Day 10)

Formal notification letter issued via email detailing acceptance status, review score feedback, and allocated presentation format (Oral vs. Poster).

Possible Editorial Outcomes

Category A

Accepted: Plenary Oral Podium Defense

Awarded to top-scoring investigations. Author is allocated a 15-minute plenary presentation (10-minute slide defense followed by 5 minutes of moderated Q&A) in Hall Alpha or Beta.

Category B

Accepted: Moderated Poster Presentation

Assigned to high-quality empirical studies. Author receives a dedicated display board in the central exhibition concourse and participates in moderated faculty poster walk sessions.

Category C

Revision Required / Resubmission

Returned to the corresponding author when data lacks clear quantification (e.g., missing RCY/RCP or IC50 values). Author is given 5 business days to provide amended text.

Fast-Track Visa Letters: Authors receiving formal Category A or B acceptance notices can immediately request an official, digitally signed Institutional Letter of Invitation from the Central Electronic Desk for French entry visa processing.
